This film typically runs between 1.5 and 2+ hours, depending on the length of your ceremony, reception formalities, and other key moments. Unlike traditional wedding films that only include select highlights, the Documentary Film allows you to revisit your entire wedding day as it unfolded, making it a priceless keepsake for years to come.

1. Can we choose the music?
Most of our couples trust us to select the music, as it plays a huge role in shaping the emotion and flow of the film. However, if you’d like to be involved in the process, we’d love to collaborate! It’s important to note that not all music works well in a wedding film—factors like lyrics, pacing, and licensing restrictions impact how seamlessly a song fits. If you have specific preferences, let us know, and we’ll guide you toward the best options to ensure your film feels personal yet cinematic.
2. How do we receive our film?
Your wedding film will be delivered via a private online video gallery, where you can watch and download your films in high quality, stream them directly to your Smart TV via an app, and easily share them with family and friends.
3. How long do you keep our footage?
We guarantee to store your footage for a minimum of 6 months after your film is delivered. However, we strongly recommend that you download and back up your files immediately, as we cannot keep raw footage indefinitely.
4. Do we get all the footage you film?
In short, no. Think of it like baking a cake—the raw ingredients alone don’t create the final masterpiece! Every moment we capture is carefully reviewed and refined into a cohesive, beautiful story. If you’d like to relive your full wedding day as it happened, we recommend the Documentary Film, which includes a chronological edit of the entire ceremony, speeches, and key moments. Alternatively, we offer separate edits of the ceremony and speeches if you’d prefer a focused, uncut version of these moments.
5. How long does it take to receive our finished film?
Our average turnaround time is 3 months. After your wedding, we’ll keep you updated on the editing process. For couples eager to share a glimpse of their day sooner, social media teasers are usually delivered within 2-4 weeks of the wedding date.
6. Do you offer additional hours of coverage?
Yes! If you feel that 8 hours might not be enough to capture everything, additional coverage can be added. Let us know your plans, and we’ll tailor a solution that works best for you.
7. Do you use drones for aerial shots?
Yes! We love incorporating stunning aerial shots when possible. However, drone usage depends on weather conditions, venue restrictions, and local regulations. If you’d love drone footage, let us know, and we’ll plan accordingly.
8. Can we request specific shots or moments to be included?
Absolutely! While we naturally capture all the major moments, we love when couples share specific requests. Whether it’s a private first look, a heartfelt grandparent’s reaction, or a special dance move, let us know so we can ensure it’s featured in your film!
9. What happens if it rains on our wedding day?
Weather is unpredictable, but don’t worry! We always adapt creatively to make the most of every moment. Some of the most beautiful, intimate, and cinematic footage comes from unexpected weather, and we have plenty of experience working in various conditions to ensure your film remains stunning no matter what.
10. Do you also offer photography?
While we specialise in cinematic wedding films, we work closely with amazing photographers. If you’re looking for both, we can recommend photographers whose style aligns with ours.
11. Can we upgrade our package after booking?
Yes! If you decide later that you’d like a longer film or more coverage, we can adjust your package as long as it fits within our availability.
12. What if we need to postpone our wedding?
Life happens, and we completely understand! If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate your new date, depending on availability. Reach out as soon as possible so we can work together on a solution.
13. Do you travel for weddings?
Yes, and we love it! Travel is one of our favorite parts of this career, and we’re always excited to capture weddings in new and beautiful locations. If your wedding is outside our standard area, reach out—we may already be planning to be in your region! Whenever we travel, we prefer to arrive two days early (if the budget allows) to account for any flight delays or unforeseen circumstances. Our travel costs include airfare, 2 nights of accommodation, and car hire. We make the travel process as seamless as possible so you can focus on enjoying your wedding!
14. We’re camera-shy. How do you approach this?
After filming weddings for 14 years, we’ve become experts at making couples feel comfortable in front of the camera. Almost none of our couples have experience being filmed, and that’s completely okay! Our goal isn’t to make you feel like you have to perform but rather to create an atmosphere where you feel at ease, allowing us to capture your day as naturally as possible. We approach it as friends hanging out first and filmmakers second—so you can focus on enjoying the moment, and we’ll take care of the rest.
15. Do you capture audio?
Absolutely. Audio is one of the most important elements of your wedding film—it’s what transforms it from a simple montage into a deeply personal story. We live by the rule: "If you have one, you have none," which means we record audio from multiple sources to ensure the highest quality. We capture your ceremony and speeches using professional microphones and backup recordings, and we also make sure to preserve the music played by your musicians during the ceremony and reception. Your vows, readings, speeches, and chosen songs are what make your day unique, and we ensure they’re beautifully preserved.
16. How will you be dressed on the day?
We always aim to blend in with your guests and will follow your dress code. Our goal is to be discreet and professional while ensuring we can move freely to capture all the important moments.
17. Will the filming be intrusive on the day?
Not at all. We pride ourselves on being as unobtrusive as possible, especially during key moments like your ceremony. Your wedding is a celebration, not a film set, and we work discreetly to document everything naturally without disrupting the flow of your day.

19. How do we book?
To secure your date, we require a 30% deposit and a signed contract. Once that’s done, we’re all yours!
